The bulletin board to the left of the elevators is for the Board to post notices. The bulletin board in between the elevators is for residents to post notices/information.
Resident hallways are vacuumed weekly, and the common area floors and elevators are mopped twice/week.
Contact the Building Manager if you believe there is an elevator malfunction. If you are trapped in the elevator, call the number listed on the elevator panel.
Notify the Building Manager, and the correct service provider will then be contacted.
Move-in and Move-out fees are $500/per move.
At this time there is no Emergency Phone Tree for the Esplanade.
You need to have your garage key fob replaced. See the Building Manager.
Currently outside windows are washed once a year in the Spring or early Summer.
